GENERAL TERMS OF USE & SALE
Every person who visits the site and wishes to use its services agrees to read and understand the present General Terms of Use and Sale established below. Visitors and users of Gaysight.com are referred to as “the user”. The user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without any reservation. The user fully understands that this website contains sound and image content and services predominantly of a pornographic nature intended for a gay audience. The user also agrees never to share or facilitate access to the website and its services to minors or to any person who may be shocked or offended by such content.
General Information
The present General Terms of Use and Sale are established between Drakon Productions SASU, located at 7 avenue Michel Chevalier – GRASSE (06), SIRET 83008856300044 (RCS Grasse), and the user.
Drakon Productions holds exclusive or non-exclusive exploitation licenses for pornographic materials and content such as Ridley Dovarez, GAYSIGHT (formerly Calientissimo), Brutes de Sexe, and Richard Mapple, without this list being exhaustive.
As stated in the preamble, it is recalled that the content of Gaysight.com consists predominantly of pornographic scenes, films, and videos which may offend unprepared audiences. Access to the site is therefore restricted, as indicated on the “Disclaimer” page (the warning page displayed upon first visit), strictly to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence and who explicitly wish to access this type of content.
The general terms of use and sale established below therefore govern the contractual relationship between the user and Drakon Productions.
In exchange for payment, the user gains access to the entire catalog of current and future labels in the form of video-on-demand (VOD) through an online video player. By paying a fixed amount, the user acquires tickets allowing them to view scenes or films, each requiring a specific number of tickets according to the information displayed on each item page.
It should be noted that all content—including videos, trailers, text descriptions, images and visual animations—is the exclusive direct or indirect property of Drakon Productions.
In exchange for ticket payment, the user acquires a temporary, non-exclusive right to use the content for personal purposes. Under no circumstances may the acquired content be transferred, shared, or resold to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment. Failure to comply with this clause may result in criminal sanctions and damages.
The present General Terms of Use and Sale may be modified at any time without notice or express communication from Drakon Productions. The modification or cancellation of one or more provisions does not cancel any commercial agreement previously established between the user and Drakon Productions.

Orders & Payments
When making a purchase, the user authorizes Drakon Productions to charge their bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through its secure electronic payment processors Epoch and/or Unicorn Group operating via Centrobill. Drakon Productions ensures maximum discretion: the payment processors will not display the destination or nature of the purchase. Bank statements may show the discreet payment descriptor “UG*drakon3376719322” when the transaction is processed by Unicorn Group/Centrobill. Debits will appear within standard online processing times (between 3 to 7 business days).
Payments are made in euros. Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes.
The payment services Epoch and Unicorn Group (via Centrobill) provide all security guarantees required of such banking institutions for online payment processing. They offer a secure and encrypted system throughout the ordering and online transaction process. Their payment modules include SSL encryption technology offering maximum protection of the user’s banking information.
Drakon Productions may modify its prices at any time, as well as the number of tickets required to access videos. These modifications apply to future payments, and the user will not have to pay additional fees for content already purchased. No additional tickets will be required for content ordered prior to a ticket value change.
Once the required number of tickets has been used to watch a video, the user has 48 hours to view said video. After this period, the user must pay the required number of tickets again. If the ticket value has changed (increased or decreased), the updated value will apply.
Except in the case of special promotions, previous purchases of the same video at a lower ticket price do not grant preferential rates for future views.
For unlimited monthly or quarterly subscriptions, the user has unlimited access to the entire catalog and may watch videos as many times as they wish. The subscription automatically renews until cancelled. Cancellation can be done with one click via payment confirmation emails, the user account page, or by emailing support@gaysight.com.
The user has the right to withdraw from their purchase and request a refund in accordance with applicable regulations, provided they have not used the unlimited viewing service or the tickets purchased.
Internet connection fees remain the sole responsibility of the user.
The user acknowledges that data stored on Drakon Productions’ servers or those of its service providers constitutes proof of all transactions between the user and Drakon Productions. Data recorded by the payment processors Epoch and Unicorn Group (via Centrobill) constitutes proof of financial transactions accepted by the user.
VOD (video-on-demand) is an intangible service delivered exclusively in digital form. According to Article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, once the 48-hour rental and/or viewing of a scene, film, or video has begun, the user can no longer exercise their right of withdrawal or request a refund.
Since the rental is provided for immediate execution, the user cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal. The user acknowledges and accepts these General Terms of Use without reservation.
If the user closes their account or if their account is inactive for a period of 6 months, Drakon Productions may close the account. In both cases, the account balance will not be refunded.
Personal Data
The user has the right to review, modify, or permanently delete the personal information they may have provided to Drakon Productions via Gaysight.com.
Drakon Productions commits not to disclose or transmit user information to third parties. All information is intended solely for the exclusive use of Drakon Productions or its technical providers and is stored confidentially. The use of this data is strictly limited to processing orders or improving our online service. Any other use (resale, rental, etc.) is excluded from these Terms.
The user’s email address may be used to inform them of updates or new content. They may refuse to receive commercial information at any time by unsubscribing with one click.
In accordance with the French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (“Informatique et Libertés”), the user has a right of access, rectification, opposition, or deletion of their data, which may be exercised by contacting support@gaysight.com. Proof of identity may be required.
Once logged in, the user will have access to their personal data (email, transactions, ticket balance, etc.) through their personal account. Drakon Productions commits never to disclose any of this information to third parties.
A user who makes a purchase automatically gains the status of “customer”.
Gaysight.com may use cookies or store the user’s IP address (assigned by their ISP) for the purpose of tracking visits while guaranteeing anonymity. The law requires us to retain this data to combat fraud. Your IP address is only disclosed under a judicial warrant in case of suspected criminal activity.
This data may also help us retrieve purchase records or resolve technical issues with user accounts when contacting customer support.
Without limitation, and in accordance with privacy regulations, we may retain information such as your ISP’s geographical location to offer the site in your local language. You may opt out of such tracking procedures through your browser settings, although doing so may affect your use of Gaysight.com.
Drakon Productions cannot be held responsible for cookie deletion by the user, which may render video viewing impossible.
Protection of Minors
Access to Gaysight.com is strictly forbidden to minors. By using Gaysight.com and all its services, you acknowledge being of legal age (according to the laws of your nationality or country of residence). Drakon Productions cannot be held responsible in case of identity fraud or false declarations when accessing the site. The website contains pornographic content composed mainly of images, videos, and sounds that may offend or harm the sensitivity of minors or unprepared individuals. Consequently, Gaysight.com is strictly intended for adults who wish to access such content.
Intellectual Property
All content—texts, sounds, videos, and images—on the website is the direct or indirect property of Drakon Productions. The user receives a non-exclusive, temporary right to use the content for personal purposes. Under no circumstances may the viewed content be shared, duplicated, or transferred free of charge or for payment, under penalty of criminal sanctions and damages.
All content on Gaysight.com, including but not limited to software, videos, texts, sounds, images, logos, and trademarks (third-party or nominative), is protected by French intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.
The reproduction, disclosure, use, modification, or any other form of unauthorized and/or unlawful exploitation, whether direct or indirect, through any medium, of the elements listed above will lead Drakon Productions to undertake legal action against the offenders. These legal actions may also be taken by third parties who have entrusted the exploitation of their works to Drakon Productions.
Liability
Drakon Productions cannot be held responsible for any malfunction or interruption of the services provided resulting from force majeure, as defined by law and jurisprudence.
The company cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the user or third parties in case of malfunction of their technical equipment such as computers, tablets, smartphones, etc., if these devices are not compatible with the use of our website or services.
In general, Drakon Productions cannot be held responsible for lack of access to the website or its services resulting from external factors such as network failures, ISP malfunctions, etc.
Drakon Productions cannot be held responsible if the user encounters content on third-party websites accessed via hyperlinks from Gaysight.com that may violate applicable regulations.
Drakon Productions cannot be held responsible for poor data transmission (including video streaming) due to temporarily or recurrently degraded bandwidth on the user's connection.
The user acknowledges that Drakon Productions cannot guarantee the proper functioning and reliability of its services due to numerous external causes beyond our control. The user accepts that Drakon Productions may modify the content of Gaysight.com without notice, by adding or removing parts of the content or services.
The user waives any right to oppose payments for the reasons stated above.
Drakon Productions reserves the right to refuse access to Gaysight.com without justification.
Claims & Customer Support
In case of a claim related to a payment, service access, or content provided on Gaysight.com, the User may contact customer support at the following address: support@gaysight.com.
Drakon Productions commits to handling claims as quickly as possible and to providing a response within a maximum of FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS, in accordance with the current standards applicable to adult-content payment services (including Visa requirements).
The User is encouraged to provide any information that may assist in reviewing the request (date and amount of the payment, payment method used, detailed description of the issue, screenshots if necessary, etc.).
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These General Terms are governed by French law.
In case of difficulty arising from the use of the service, the user may, before any legal action, seek an amicable solution with Drakon Productions. The user may obtain help from a consumer association or any advisor of their choice.
In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Cannes.
If any provision of these Terms is declared unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the application or validity of the other provisions.
